Inspired by the myth of Ganymede and Zeus, this work depicts the moment when the god offers immortality to the young man. The cup incorporates the pink triangle, a symbol of LGBTQ+ memory, creating a dialogue between classical mythology and contemporary experience. The composition and balance of forms seek to convey a sense of lightness without sacrificing structure, calm, and permanence. At the same time, the scene remains open to a more intimate reading, where the myth can also be understood as a celebration of desire between two men.
